The very nature of consulting/consultation is subjective
considering knowledge is intangible. How does one place a
value on knowledge and time which should lead to growth and
increases in one's life, business, revenue, enjoyment, health,
success, retirement, investments, finances, travel, love, marriage,
and/or home. As such, the following agreement is being
presented for consultations to commence or continue. CC urges
the client to carefully read all statements below and elsewhere on
this site including all agreements on the
Legalities page.
Client acknowledges and agrees to CC:
- Since there is no direct measurable correlation as mentioned
above, any consultation(s) with clients will be performed on an
as-is, pre-paid, non-refundable basis, with the exception of a
possible
initial complementary consultation.

whether to initiate any consultation or acting upon suggestions/solutions
provided through consultation. Clients or non-clients who
act upon solutions provided through consultation do so at their
own risk.

field. Any information provided to the client relating to
licensed professions is provided on an informal educational
common sense basis derived from the consultants personal
