ConfidentConsulting.com / Confident Consulting Corporation, offers the highest quality materials, products, services, time, employment or consultations possible.  If for any reason you are not satisfied please inform us so we can take the necessary action(s) to resolve the situation. 

By continued utilization of this site and/or leasing or purchasing consultations either directly from CCC or through any third party vendors for CCC, acknowledgement and acceptance of the appropriate agreement(s) is/are considered complete pending final acceptance by CCC.

Efforts to avoid, ignore or circumvent any portion of the appropriate agreement will terminate consultations, correspondence, transactions, business and any rights of warranty or claims against CCC.  If you are not willing to agree to appropriate agreements please leave this site now.

All disputed transactions with ConfidentConsulting.com / Confident Consulting Corporation are handled according to the appropriate agreement section (listed above) of this web page and no verbal statements will be upheld unless accompanied by written statement and acceptance.

This agreement, referred to at the top of this document as -- Terms of Service / Declarations / Products and Services / Disclaimers /  End User License Agreement (EULA) / "The Agreement", and is sub-agreements (Client Agreement, Material Disclosures, Additional Disclosures, Free Photo Service, Marketing Services Agreement, Forward Looking Statements, and Privacy Policy) -- are effective until terminated by either party.  The client may terminate this agreement and services with CCC at any time by contacting CCC through phone conversation, e-mail, or standard United States postal service.

CCC adheres to the guidelines and rulings of the FTC and FCC in regards to the Can Spam Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, The Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Do-Not-Call provisions, amongst other guidelines and rulings.
