Confident Consulting is purely for entertainment purposes only.
Confident Consulting Consultants typically carry cameras with them or even in
their phones and are always willing to take pictures of events, activities,
acquaintances, total strangers, random individuals and of course Rowdy.
As such, there are some rules that must be
put into effect to protect both Confident Consulting and the subject
photographed.
As stated, this portion of the web site is
Free of charges as long as the following conditions are met.
- All pictures on ConfidentConsulting.com remain the property of
Confident Consulting.
- There will not be any photos of children, unlawful photos, harmful,
threatening, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, infringing, vulgar, obscene,
hateful, racially/ethnically objectionable or privacy invasive photos.
- Confident Consulting remains the owner of photos taken for purposes of
this site. As such reserves the right to remove any photo which
violates our photo policy, member agreement, or corporate culture at any
time without notice.
- Any pictures available in the public access pages are available for
download by any of the persons within the picture at no charge. Any
pictures available in the public access pages are available for viewing by
any person at no charge.
- Pictures will not intentionally contain advertising or promotional
materials, nor any content which infringes patent, trademark, trade secret,
copyright, or any other proprietary rights of any party, or material
protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or
any other applicable laws.
- Since ConfidentConsulting.com / Confident
Consulting also provides photo/video services to clients, no client
photos/videos will be stored on the Free Photo section to prevent any
conflicts of interest or release of confidential information, instead they
will be stored under the Private Photos portion of the web site or a
